Christian Mingle is a super quality dating service in terms of functionality and as they lady below says – they do try to keep on top of scammer and spammers. The only issue I would say is that I doubt that the folks doing the profile approvals are as good at spotting them – otherwise they wouldn’t get past the profile approval guys right? (who are clearly doing their best and hats off).

Well a few years back it was owned by Christian Mingle is owned by Sparks Networks (ie so they do all secular sites and and are also in the Christian market). In other words – unlike say Christian Cafe or 101ChristianNetworks – they are more like Match.com and were not setup with Christians in mind (as far as I know – correct me if wrong). Regarding scammers – I’m afraid it’s true – they work in teams abroad on multiple continents together (some do the talking – others do the writing) using pre-written scrips and take ages to ask for money (they are not where they say they are – its usually Nigeria) – these guys are always in ‘military’ – high-flying job – often called Micheal! – a lot of scammers know their Bibles better than most Christians!
